What we collect

The quote form asks for your name, your phone number, your town, and which kind of roofing work you need. There is a message box if you want to tell us more about the roof. That is everything the form collects. No email field. No accounts. No file uploads.

If you call or email instead, we note what you tell us: usually a name, a number, and what the roof is doing.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back and quote the job. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our office email, and the people who read them work here.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your request and the job that follows. Written quotes stand for 30 days, and job records stay on file so we can stand behind the work. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will delete it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts.

Your rights

Canada’s privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you the right to see the information a business holds about you, and to ask for a correction or a deletion. Questions about any of this? Ask us.
