Emergency Roof Repair: Trail, Nelson, Castlegar & the West Kootenays
Roof leaking? Call 250-364-2900. We reply within two business days. Active leaks go to the front of the line.
Office hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00
What to do while you wait
- Move things out from under the drip.
- Catch the water. A bucket and a towel beat a soaked floor.
- A bulged ceiling is holding water. Relieve it only if it is safe to do so.
- Stay off the roof. It is not worth a fall.
- Take photos with your phone. They help us plan the permanent fix.
What we do when we arrive
We find where the water gets in. It is rarely where it shows inside. Then we stop it. Sometimes that is a patch that holds until proper dry-repair weather. Sometimes it is a tarp over the damage. Either way, you get a written quote for the permanent fix.
What counts as a roof emergency
Snow load. Ice dams. Melt water finding a seam. Wind damage. A fallen tree or branch. If water is coming into your building, that is an emergency to us.
