Warranty

Our five-year written workmanship warranty is stated on your estimate. You have the promise in writing before we start. Every roof we install carries it.

If a roof under our warranty leaks because of our workmanship, call us. We respond to warranty leaks within 30 days, and we fix what we got wrong at no charge.

Why five years and not twenty

Some roofing companies advertise 10- and 20-year workmanship warranties. We don’t match them, on purpose. A workmanship warranty is only worth the shop standing behind it. We would rather make a shorter promise and keep it. Same shop, same trade, since 1953.

Material warranties are separate

Roofing materials carry their own manufacturer warranties. Those are the manufacturer’s promise, not ours. Ask us what applies to the system on your roof and you will get a straight answer.
