Trail Roofing started in 1953 as Swanson & Sons Roofing. The name changed to Trail Roofing in 1990. Same business, same shop, continuous operation ever since.
We are a family company working out of Trail. We build and repair flat roofs: torch-on, TPO and PVC, plus shingle and steel roofs, across the West Kootenays.
The year matters for one reason. A written warranty is only worth the company standing behind it. We are still here. We will be here when your warranty matters.
We live here too. Our roofs hold the same snow yours do.

There is no provincial licence for roofers in BC. Anyone with a ladder can call themselves a roofing company. So don't take our word for anything. Here is the paper that matters.
- WorkSafeBC registered. Ask us for the current clearance letter.
- Insured $2 M in liability. Ask us for the certificate.
- One of our roofers, Chris, holds a Red Seal and a roofing ticket. Red Seal is voluntary in BC. Ask to see them.
